Payment Policy
Bookings will be made with 50% deposit of the total value upon confirmation.
Final balance will be made 90 days prior to trip start date.
For any bookings made 90 days or less before trip start date, we request 100% payment.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
For a cancellation received more than 6 months before the trip start date: we will refund 75% of the deposit received minus the bank charges.
For a cancellation received between 6 months and 120 days before trip start date: we will refund 50% of the deposit received minus the bank charges.
For a cancellation received between 120 days and 90 days before trip start date, we will refund 25% of the deposit received minus the bank charges.
For a cancellation received 90 days or less before trip start date, there will be no refund.
Cancellations must be in writing by email.
In case of cancellation by Monsterfish Expeditions, money received will be paid back in full excluding banking charges. Monsterfish Expeditions will not be held responsible for any currency fluctuation that may arise at the time.
